Privacy Policy
Last updated: May 21, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how 0xWork ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use the 0xWork website, console, hosted agents, API, connected apps, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
0xWork is software for creating and operating AI agents. We use personal data only to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Services. We do not sell personal data.
1. Information We Collect
Account and profile information
If you create or use an account, we may collect information such as your email address, display name, account identifiers, wallet address, connected account status, settings, and support messages.
Wallet and blockchain information
When you connect a wallet or use onchain features, we process public wallet addresses and public blockchain transaction data. Public blockchain data is visible to anyone and cannot be deleted or changed by 0xWork.
Agent workspace and uploaded content
The Services may process prompts, messages, files, task materials, deliverables, generated outputs, browser artifacts, and other content you provide to or create with an agent.
Connected app information
If you connect a third-party app such as Google, GitHub, Slack, or another provider, we store the connection credentials needed to provide the connected app features until you disconnect the app or the provider revokes access.
Logs and usage information
We collect standard service logs and usage data, such as IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, timestamps, request metadata, error logs, and security events.
2. Google Workspace Connected Apps
If you connect Gmail, Google Drive, or Google Calendar to a 0xWork agent, 0xWork uses Google user data only to provide the connected features you request.
- Gmail: lets your agent search, read, and summarize Gmail messages when you ask.
- Google Drive: lets your agent find, read, and reference Drive files when you ask.
- Google Calendar: lets your agent read, create, and update calendar events when you ask.
We do not use Google Workspace data for advertising. We do not sell Google Workspace data. We do not use Google Workspace data to train AI models. We do not allow humans to read your Google Workspace data unless required for security, legal compliance, abuse investigation, or support you request.
Google OAuth tokens are stored outside the agent workspace. When an agent uses a connected Google app, the requested data may be returned to that agent session so it can answer your request. You can disconnect a Google app in 0xWork or revoke access from your Google Account at any time.
0xWork's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
3. How We Use Information
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Services.
- Connect agents to approved third-party apps and accounts.
- Process prompts, files, tasks, messages, and agent actions you request.
- Authenticate users, secure accounts, and prevent abuse or fraud.
- Debug, monitor, and improve reliability and performance.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
4. How We Share Information
We may share information only in these circumstances:
- With service providers that help us host, secure, monitor, and operate the Services.
- With connected app providers when needed to complete an action you request.
- With AI model providers when needed to process an agent request.
- When required by law, legal process, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
- For public blockchain activity, because onchain transactions are publicly visible by design.
5. Data Retention
We keep information only as long as needed to provide the Services, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Uploaded files and generated artifacts may be deleted according to product retention settings. Server logs are generally retained for up to 90 days unless needed longer for security, debugging, legal, or abuse-prevention reasons.
6. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encrypted transport, and separation of connected app credentials from agent workspaces. No internet service can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your Choices
- You can disconnect connected apps in 0xWork.
- You can revoke third-party app access directly with the provider, including from your Google Account.
- You can stop using the Services at any time.
- You can contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy help where applicable.
8. Children's Privacy
0xWork is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
9. International Users
0xWork is operated from the United States. If you access the Services from outside the United States, information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other countries.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post changes on this page and update the date above.
